Completed coin wrapper will be the same size and dimensions of a standard bank coin roll. There is no special paper required when following these instructions. Printed coin wrappers are durable and labeled with the appropriate coin denomination for easy identification. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully so that your coins fit snugly inside the wrapper but lay flat in a stack. Completed coin rolls can be stored in the same fashion as any other rolled coins.

All that you will need is a capable Adobe Acrobat (PDF) viewer, printer, paper, scissors and typical office or gift wrapping tape. You’ll print the sheet, cut out the templates, and roll the wrapper to the correct diameter that is marked on the roll. Add a small piece of tape to each end and you’re finished. Excellent for coin collectors and for individuals that have a need for rolling coins for transport or storage.

Now fold the bottom up and align the edges. The tape doesn't have to go all the way to the edges but it should overlap both sides of the seam fairly evenly. You can just barely make out the tape in the photo. That's it, the wrapper is ready to use.

I just used the number we learned in grade school for the approximation of Pi. Powerpoint only goes down to 1/24th of an inch resolution on its fixed grid settings and hand-aligning the edges is also not a high precision situation. 1/10 of a mil (if you're using inches) is just not going to make any difference.
